Melissa Nierman Designs (MND) is a full-service interior design firm, specializing in residential, kitchen & bath design. Each project is custom tailored to fit our client’s individuality and needs. We create spaces with a distinctive look and functionality that reflects our clients and their lifestyle.  MND manages projects on any scale from new construction to full remodels to a single room makeover.  We work with our clients and builders from initial concept to full design implementation, providing our experience, guidance, and support at every step in the process.

MND DESIGN PROCESS

            Hello: We begin by asking initial questions, learning about your design goals, preferences, lifestyle over the phone and email to gain more insight into you and your project needs.

​

           Design Concept and Space Planning: Giving you the best ideas for your project. Creating and Exploring Concept Designs and Solutions. We believe in taking a little extra time and energy here to explore possibilities for what a space can become.

​

            Design Development: With the concept plans and elevations., we will review, revise, and expand on the design as needed. Then we finalize the floorplans and elevations for the construction portion.

 

            Selections: The right colors, textiles, and finishes can tie a space together. We move into selecting cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, materials, flooring, tiles, hardware, paint colors, architectural elements, furniture, accessories, art and any other touches that make a house a home. 

 

            Project Management: We work with the other professional or trades people on your team from start to finish.
